Featured on Every Last Detail: Emerald and Copper Christmas Party

December 24th, 2016

Nothing says Christmas like red and green. However, we happen to love this modern take on Christmas decor- deep green paired with shiny copper. It’s a subtle nod to the holiday, while still being festive.

Featured on Green Wedding Shoes: Holiday Wedding Inspiration

December 12th, 2016

This time of the year is one of our favorite for general inspiration. Between the amazing color combinations and the general joyful festivities, we always feel extra creative and excited about the year ahead. When we were asked to collaborate on this shoot, we loved the concept! It’s super glamorous, while also being moody and a tad edgy. It’s not a look that just anyone could pull off- and it’s not a look that you’d find just anywhere either. What is IS perfect for is an outdoor or industrial chic venue.

So, without further ado, here is the dramatic, romantic and elegant emerald, black and gold holiday wedding inspiration!

Featured on Southern Weddings V9: Main Squeeze Editorial

November 29th, 2016

When we got the call about assisting Laura of Ashton events with a Southern Weddings editorial for the 9th issue, well, we were quite simply ecstatic and overjoyed! We’re a huge fan of Southern Weddings and LOVED the concept of “Main Squeeze“. A Miami inspired black & white theme with pops of springtime color.  It came together beautifully. Our ghost chairs and black Emma chairs stole the seating show, and the custom linen creations we whipped up were our heart’s desire. And what a dream team to work with and location to shoot (St. Augustine’s Casa Monica Hotel & Lightner Museum courtyard).

Featured on Green Wedding Shoes – Thanksgiving Wedding Inspiration

November 22nd, 2016

During the season of Thanks, we are extra inspired by the beauty of the Fall. From the subtle chill in the air (we ARE in Florida, after all) to the warm colors and friends + family gathering from afar, we can’t help but feel overwhelmingly thankful. The inspiration for this shoot began with Kristin’s vintage stoneware plates. She’d been dreaming up a shoot that was inspired by their amazing 70s style, but it wasn’t until she was chatting with her dream team of friendors (that’s vendors turned friends) that an idea really started brewing.  With the help of Lisa of Wish Vintage Rentals and  Laura of Ashton Events, this shoot’s concept became a reality and we’re thrilled by how it turned out!

Featured Rentals + Linen:
Colored Vintage Goblets
Vintage Stoneware
Natural Faux Burlap Runners
Other misc accents including Kristin’s grandparent’s photo, sweet grass basket, antelope

Featured on SMP Living: Thanksgiving Tablescape Inspiration

November 15th, 2016
The inspiration for this shoot was Thanksgiving “one table, three ways”. There is a tendency to gravitate to a “status quo” for seasonal holiday decor (you know, orange, yellow, red or rustic neutrals). The idea behind this shoot was to share a few looks that work beautifully for the holidays but are a bit more subtle. It’s amazing how changing up the color scheme or adding some metallics can transform a look so dramatically!

Dapper & Grey Dark, Moody Wedding Inspiration Shoot

October 31st, 2016
What better time to share a little dramatic, dark and moody wedding inspiration than on Halloween? The Industrial Chic look is taking the wedding trends by storm. But what we don’t see often in a venue boasting this look is a color palette like this-  deep burgundy, black, silver and copper colors.  Every element was carefully paired to contrast and compliment perfectly!

Real Wedding: Tampa Yacht & Country Club, Featured on Glamour & Grace

October 26th, 2016

We’ve said it before, and we’ll likely say it again- we love timeless color combinations.  Aside from the always classic black, Navy is definitely one of our all-time favorite dark base linens.  You can create a plethora of looks with a navy blue anchor. Ceilia and Danny paired it with gold, ivory and yellow- which we loved!  The suite of colors is great for any season.  For their cocktail styled wedding reception, the couple selected gold sequin linen for the high-top tables, Ivory & Gold Primrose (a subtle floral patterned gold linen) for their food tables and Navy Dupioni for the rest of the tables. The trio of linens paired with their gold and yellow floral tied together beautifully!

Real Wedding: The Vault Tampa

October 5th, 2016

Vic & Sarah’s wedding was classically glamorous. They had amazing style, and the decor choices were fabulous! Black & white is a classic color choice and looks exquisite at The Vault in Tampa.  The couple added glitzy sequin linens to a couple of key tables (sweetheart + cake + sign-in).  The gold centerpieces and charger really popped against the classic black base Linen on the guest tables. The addition of the clean, crisp black and white runners was the perfect amount of added drama.

Featured on: Every Last Detail, soft yellow and pale blue wedding decor inspiration

August 30th, 2016

Every so often, us wedding creatives find an excuse to throw a party. An opportunity for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. To make something beautiful just for the sake of enjoying it. This absolutely soft and dreamy decor is what resulted from such an occasion (and one of our favorites each year- The Starlit Supper).  Hosted at one of our favorite Lakeland venues, Rocking H Ranch, the event was an ethereal, southern treat!

August 2nd, 2016

Lakeside Ranch is a working horse ranch and wedding venue halfway between Orlando and Tampa in a little town called Inverness. It’s the quintessential Florida ranch with sweeping lakeside view (hence the name), gorgeous oak trees and a beautiful covered Pavillion area.

Sara + Jon’s wedding was perfectly suited for Lakeside Ranch- their wedding was casual, vintage chic. With vibrant color choices, adorable details and dreamy floral choices, it came together to produce the prettiest of afternoons.
